Ugo — i can’t wait to return!
Our stay at Ugo was fantastic. The hotel is spotless, the bar/lounge area is beautiful and the drinks are AMAZING. All the bartenders were so friendly too. The area we were in had plenty of restaurants, shops, the Costanera mall was right down the street. I’m from Chile but staying in this area really made me fall in love with the place. We will be returning very soon! Our only hiccup was when we were checking out. They were trying to say we had a balance when the hotel had already been paid in full ahead of time. Luckily the manager came over and assured us we were good to go.. An easy mistake 😅 lots of younger folks working there but that’s ok! Overall we were so happy with our stay.
