Great Locations but the parking is crazy. It is 65.00 per car to park at the hotel because its valet only. The hotel is already pretty pricey so its just kinda crazy to pay 65.00 on top of the fees accrued by the location.

Not what was expecting from a Hyatt
Very good locations, walking disntance to most places. Rooma were good size, clean and comfortable. $65 Parking per day was VERY extensive! Front desk did a good job, but getting a friendly smile from them was like pulling teeth! Breakfast was Ok. They use the next door restaurant, Brick & Beam, but their breakfast menu is very limited. Make sure to just order one item per person, otherwise they will charge you extra. I was excepting something much better from a Hyatt. Will try a different hotel next time.

Eh.....
I booked this room based on the reviews and the pics which were a little misleading. This is not a 4-star hotel in my opinion. These rooms were pretty basic. Our view was terrible (rooftop view) we had cobwebs on our ceiling, and the shower was an atrocity. The showerhead as you can see is a waterfall showerhead. This is clearly not for everyone. Black women don't wash their hair every day. This was the most uncomfortable showerhead ever! In addition, the water kept seeping from underneath the shower door which left a serious slipping hazard in the bathroom. Puddles of water were on the bathroom floor. I slipped twice! We also had trouble with any ride-share app finding us or dropping us off. The convenience of the grocery store, restaurant, and the Wharf was great. Spent over $900 for 3 nights and I probably could've booked a better room elsewhere. There's a restaurant downstairs which is convenient for a quick bite to eat.
