Renee, the owner, went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. From providing easy transportation options to connecting us with any tour services we wanted, his priority was to make sure we had the best time possible! The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. It includes its own private beach, dock and pool. Next door has another fun resort with a bar and restaurant that was great if you want to have a drink or meal then head back "home" to your own space. Further north on the island is another great restaurant so the dining options were close by. Renee also made sure we had a boat ride to the south island any time we wanted to explore that or it was a short walk to the split to take a water taxi. I will absolutely stay here again if I have the opportunity!

Property was beautiful. I didn’t know a shuttle boat was necessary to exit the property. The owner was very accommodating with his private boat. Would have preferred to stay on one side of island. Prefer shower to have doors. Prefer access to washer/dryer.

Amazing property and service
We hadn’t realized that this location is actually on an adjacent island (the island splits in half so you cannot walk to the busier part of Caulkner where the restaurants and shops are). However the hotel readily gives its guests boat rides over - and as a value added, they showed us where the tarpon congregate. We also kayaked over once (short and easy kayak). I highly recommend the hotel for its modernity, immaculate pool and grounds, warm knowledgeable staff. If you prefer more bustle or comings and going’s from your hotel, then look at getting something more central.

I usually don’t review, but we loved Belize. The hotel is new, very small and private. It is on the quiet north side with a quick boat ride to the south for any amenities. The staff and the Belize as a whole were extremely kind, and courteous. We are definitely returning.

Bay Towers was a great place to stay while we were in Caye Caulker. The staff were extremely accommodating and made transport to the south side of the island for shopping/excursions really easy. Rooms were clean and stocked with everything you would need and there’s a private dock with kayaks, a paddle boat and other equipment that guests can use for free.

Wonderful new option in Caye Caulker!
This is a new property and is a true gem. It is family owned and Renee and Marie could not have been more accommodating and hospitable. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and is one of the best we have stayed in and we always choose condos with a kitchen. The balconies have spectacular sunset views. We were a bit worried about staying north of the split but it was not problem to get back and forth and it was less crowded. The kayaks and beach set up is also great. We will be back!

Amazing! Don't think twice, book this place
Bay towers was awesome. I would return here many times over. It was peaceful and serene with the ocean right at the tips of our toes. Our room was beautiful and was newly built in perfect condition with all the modern amenities we needed or wanted. There was water equipment to use for free (paddle boards, paddle boat, intertubes, water carpet) as well as lounge chairs on the beach, corn hole, and a lovely pool. It was also conveniently located next to Koko King which had a restaurant and bar for a nice beach cocktail or dinner over the water. Jaime and Renee were very gracious and friendly hosts. They picked us up and dropped us off on the south side of the island and were accomodating to our schedule. If I ever get the chance to come back to Belize, I will definitely spending several nights here again.

Perfect Vacation Spot
Bay Towers was amazing. Great location right on the water and the rooms were very clean and new! Service was great, Renè took us around a bit on his boat to see the island and getting back and forth to the main South Island was very easy. Would stay again!
