We pre arranged neighbouring rooms, check in was seemless, and beds and sofas were very clean and comfortable with all additional pillows / duvets clean and accessible. The room was a HUGE disappointment. A "Double Room" means a tiny single bed and a tiny single pull-out couch, which was never mentioned until we checked in. The shower was also pathetic, while it looked beautiful, it had ZERO possibility to be adjusted in ANY way. Literally, NOTHING except for the water temperature could be moved or changed. I have never seen a nicer looking shower that was less functional. I was also overcharged, without being informed. It was only 4 euros, but still a contract is a contract and I felt taken advantage of. The hotel is very nice, the staff are very nice, but the rooms themselves are incredibly poorly designed.

Beautiful apartment, with plenty of room for our family of four. The bathroom was huge, and the apartement very modern. There are a lack of hooks for bathroom towels, but other than that it was well equipped with basic cooking equipment, fans and extra bedding provided. Staff are friendly, the location was easy from the train station, and close to all the sites and landmarks in Ghent. We would love to stay again.
