Nice stay
Modern, chic hotel, parking available. Hotel decor was great, spacious rooms. Everything as mentioned. Dining options are about a 10 minute drive. The two receptionists at the front desk would benefit from a customer service course.

I checked into your Greensboro/Lake Oconee location in Georgia tonight. The blind was broke in my room so it was letting all the bright lights from the parking lot in the room. I had been on the road all day working and was very tired. I called the front desk and she told me to try the remote which I had already done. She said she would be up to look at it and never came. I called back again someone else and answered the phone. She said she was on her way. She arrived and couldn't get it to work either. She then became rude asked me if I wanted to move rooms. Being tired and after lugging my stuff to that room and putting my cooler stuff in the fridge already I said I don't want to but since the blind is broke I have no other choice. She stormed off back down stairs me having no idea if I was getting another room. I went downstairs and the other employee had began to get an attitude asking me what I wanted. I said I need to switch rooms since the blind doesn't work and I can't sleep like that. She then said I already asked you that. For one she didn't ask me that and also even if she did the girl had to come up to make sure that the blind could work or not work. So I get moved into another room and I'm moving all my stuff over here. There is no noise coming from the fridge as far as the fan running as far as the fridge working. The one in the other room didn't work until I moved outlets. So I tried that and it still didn't work I called down and said you know my fridge do

If you don’t like feathers bring your own pillows
Wife is allergic to feathers and when we arrived we were informed all they had were feather pillows and they had no substitute. We needed them removed from the room and were told to bring them to the front desk. We then had to go purchase our own pillows to sleep on. Not what you expect from a Hilton by any means. It was clean.
