A unique and inspiring Georgian townhouse in the heart of Edinburgh - on Northumberland Street. One of only a few New Town houses in original layout - spanning over 4 floors with 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. The house was designed in the early 1800s by Robert Reid & William Sibbald, the Scottish architects of much of Phase 2 of the Edinburgh New Town. Just a few minutes walk to Princes Street with the added bonus of rare free secure garage parking & outside space to enjoy some summer sun!The Space:The house is Grade A listed and the New Town, including Northumberland Street (Scotland's most prestigious street), is described as "a significant surviving part of one of the most important and best preserved examples of urban planning in Britain."Guest Access:Guests will have unrestricted access to the whole property including private garage parking outside.Interaction with Guests:We have co-hosts available 24/7 who will be able to help you with anything needed included recommendations, tips and advice to help you make the most of your stay in Edinburgh!The Neighborhood:The New Town is a central area of Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. Northumberland Street is located minutes walk away from Queen Street, George Street and Princes Street.
