It was freezing! For some reason the in room heating was on standby despite asking reception a couple of times ended up with a oil heater which was not the best. Thermometer in room read 17.5 degrees. Not what you would expect and all i got from reception when i checked out and they asked if everything was ok i said about the issues with heating all i got was sorry about that have a good day

The hotel is quite, near to the airport port they have shuttle service which makes transportation easier. Strict COVID-19 policy. Easy check in and out.

Very useful for overnight stay before flight. Shame the flight was cancelled! But a good nights sleep and excellent breakfast put me in a good mood. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean room. Some dents but all facilities working.Can hear other guests in corridor. Did not use shuttle as not raining.

I was disappointed to be charged for a meal I couldn’t eat as after ordering a salad and made sure they knew I couldn’t have anchovies 3 bites into my salad and due to the amount of dressing I didn’t see the anchovies till it was in my mouth which I then embarrassingly had to spit the food out. I called the waiter over and he whipped it away and brought me a new one which by then I couldn’t eat it as felt sick and said sorry I couldn’t eat it after the issue with fish. My partner paid the bill and it’s only when I checked the bill I saw the £13 charge plus £4 for chicken which was on the menu at £3 so £17 for a salad I couldn’t eat.
