The hotel itself was amazing. Unfortunately, because of the timing of our trip nothing was open downtown and nothing was open in the hotel, however, once everything is open, this is a wonderful place to stay.

While I like the extra room Hyatt’s offer, there was no hot water for the shower and no breakfast options. I would not stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and amazing room. The Hotel is above a parking garage. There is parking below the hotel for guest but you have to pay for this. I knew this going in but it just sucks that you have to pay for parking in the private hotel parking garage. The garage was kind of scary to be in. While there in the hotel we had 3 different times dealing with vagrancy. So if you are not used to big city then that might be a little strange for you.

The hotel is connected to the Skyway which is a nice perk (though the pandemic has impacted the hours of the Skyway quite a bit). Very walkable location and close to the bike share/public transit. Room was huge - felt like the size of two hotel rooms. Breakfast was still pretty good for being converted to grab and go only. Super clean room - bed was very comfortable.
