Family stay
it was ok, we were here for a softball tournament. Rooms need updating, old tube TVs, old linens, not very clean, I had to wear shoes to walk in the room. The breakfast was free and decent. Waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast burritos and stale bread or muffins. There is a decent restaurant In the hotel much like an old family style restaurant with a bar but slow service.

Good but don’t let housekeeping in
The 1 day I allowed housekeeping in, they took out my leftovers (I had just cycled 50 miles & was hungry) & didn’t add shampoo, coffee, etc. I didn’t allow them in any longer. I brought hand sanitizer to breakfast buffet because none provided. Good breakfast selections. Bar/restaurant was good with friendly bartenders.

Ice Cold
I was excited about the hotel, it was close to where I needed to be, and had a restaurant. I’m not that difficult to please, I travel for a living. When I arrived at 9:15, the restaurant had closed. Fine, there was a great place next door. The room was comfortable, but very outdated. The bed wasn’t great, it still, for the price ok. Where I draw the line, and won’t return, there was NO hot water. I got up to prep for an early meeting, turned in the shower...Ice cold. Same in the sink. No amount of eating heated it up, I I rushed through a freezing shower, shaved with ice cold water, dropped my keys at the front desk and went to work. This is just the latest in a string of disappointing stays at Wyndham properties, I keep hoping something will change. I guess this is what $100 and less hotels are now.

Get what you paid for
The check-in went well, as we began to settle in it was apparent that $150 does not get you much for a hotel any more. The room was mostly clean, just very outdated, rusted, wall damaged, stained, and shower was more than disappointing. The shower diverter did not work and it was trickles of water only to clean off with. the AC did not work (thankfully it is winter). The bed was the worst, woke in pain and couldn't sleep in because the pain was too much. The free breakfast did make up for it. It wasn't a 5 star breakfast, but for my family of 5 it had many options and was a huge savings in itself.

It's time for a serious renovation
I have stayed at the Viscount Suites for years for the gem shows in February. I am hoping that Ramada will revamp this place -- it is in dire need. The good: the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast, especially the omelet bar, is awesome. The bad: the bed in my room should have been replaced several years ago - it was horrible. The thermostat didn't work right -- it only pumped out really hot air -- too hot for comfortable sleep. My only remedy was to turn it off, and then the room got very cold. The hot water in the morning faded in an out -- difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the shower. One hanger in the room? Seriously?

Disappointed
First off we have stayed at this Viscount location over the past 6 years and love this place. This visit was unfortunately very disappointing and unsatisfactory. We checked in, dropped off luggage and headed immediately to the jazz festival to where our granddaughter was opening the event. We arrived back late in the evening so we did not have a chance to view the room prior. I don’t understand why I had to sign a waiver being responsible for damages and smoking to the room as the room #210 was in terrible damaged and filthy condition. The bedding duvet was lumpy, sheets were stained with black and brown marks, and it looked as if someone had laid down on both of the beds as the sheets were wrinkled. The mattress was old and broken down. The bathroom sink had long black hairs, we both have short white hair. The bathroom counter had cigarette burn marks, (we do not smoke) The shower wall in one corner had black mold. The TV remotes did not work. The furniture was peeling, chipped with chunks missing, and the coffee table had scribbles over the entire surface. The carpeting corners had dust and dirt debris. Someone needs to spot check rooms to ensure they are ready for customer use. I will not be returning to the Viscount here in Tucson and will never recommend to family and friends when visiting Tucson. Very sad as we have always enjoyed our stay here over the past 6 years. I did request from the front desk the name of the manager so I can call directly and voice my concerns.

Dissapointing.
The service was ok, the ladies from breakfast were very sweet. But the conditions of our bedroom were not great, furniture was stained, the folding sofa had a huge yellow stain we didn’t use it after all. There was an extra blanket in our bedroom with holes and stains. We asked to change it the first night and we were told someone will come to our bedroom and nothing happened. The next day our bedroom was not cleaned we didn’t get any toiletries or clean blankets, I had to ask at the front desk at night and I was not happy about it, the toiletries came an hour later, the gentleman who brought it was very nice but he was probably a security guy. I’m not sure if the hotel is understaffed or what’s happening.

No Heating Working, I leaved sick
Last night I stayed at Viscount Hotel with my family during the night we complained about the excessive noise of the heating and we were changed rooms. The new room did not work the heating and they told us that they had no more rooms and we all woke up sick and ended up canceling the trip. We requested the reimbursement of the room but they told us that we had to do it with Hotels.com/Expedia.com They have accepted the deficiency of the room. We are requesting reimbursement for the poor service and our illness due to the cold.
