Avarage stay
We purchase an upgrade at check in with water view. It turned out to be a building crane view with just a glimpse of water view. At check out we pointed it out to staff at check out. Staff show no sympathy and instead of being apologetic she blamed us for not reporting it earlier. Also the room wasn’t cleaned betweyour 2 nights stay. In constraint the concierge staff were amazing. The swimming pool was also disappointing. It’s a baby pool, very small and with maximum depth of 70 cm. Can’t swim.

Very good
Beautiful place to stay! However the air conditioning in our room made an awful rattling noise so we were unable to use that during our stay on a warm spring day making it slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations.

Disappointing stay
Stayed on a weekend for our anniversary and will never go back. On check in we were told Hotel.com make a mistake with the rate and the hotel could not honour the breakfast on our booking confirmation. Our room had a view of construction. The pool bar was very messy. Room service dinner was half cold. There was music pumping in the room until 11pm when a downstairs function ended. When I called down earlier to ask about the end time of the function the person was rude and hung up on me. Then the two rooms above us had a party until the early hours of the morning so we did not sleep well. Positives being the bed is comfortable, shower good, breakfast good and the downstairs bar staff were very nice.

Enjoyed the stay and property everything was great however there was a discrepancy between the booking agent and hotel itself. Booked roomand breakfast, breakfast was not included upon arrival and had to travk down the confirmation to show breakfast was pre-purchased. Again discrepancy in parking. Expedia showed $40 but hotel was going to charge $50 until a screenshot from expedia could be provided. There needs to be better communication between expedia and hotel

probably wouldn’t stay again
Check in was very pleasant but it went downhill from there. We were placed on level 2 with court yard facing noisy construction site, weren’t able to use the pool due to a function being booked and taking up the maximum number of guests allowed on the roof. When we finally did get in, many children in the pool area splashing around and screaming meant it was not the pleasant experience the photos may suggest. The second floor is dog friendly so we were awoken by a yapping dog. Although it was early afternoon the staff advised they were unable to change our room. Not exactly the romantic weekend getaway we had in mind.
