First thing was check in, as I was checking in the lady in front was kindly greeting us I gave her my id and debit card for check in because I was already placing a reservation online and paid for it. But I didn’t notice later she use the debit card to charge $100 when I read the policy and fee there were no saying deposit for the room just for pet? Smoking fee and extra rollbed so my question is we’re there a deposit fee for the room and I was not notice that when I sign the receipt. Please confirm clearly. Thank you. Hope to hear positive feedback

I love how the young lady gave me extra washcloths with out asking me what I was using them for. A previous hotel wanted to know why I needed extra. She was so kind and willing. Sometimes it feels like your putting someone out when I need something. The beds were so comfy!

Place was well maintained. Sheets were clean. I stayed 1 night. Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions, no breakfast was offered.

The room was nice and clean. The bed linens were fresh and the room didn’t, as some non-smoking rooms, smell at all as if it had been smoked in. The parking lot was well-lit and safe. The desk agent was friendly and accommodating when asked for a 1st floor room.

They put me and my boyfriend in a smaller room and put my friend who was solo in a larger room. our room was fine but would have been more comfortable if we had the larger room Hotel was in good location, clean and well priced.

Seriously “meh”.
Very middle-of-the-road stay. The hotel was convenient for what we needed, though the area is a decent drive from any big city. The area did have a gas station, some fast food, and a Denny’s nearby. The lobby was tiny and had a bad smell, but the attendant was friendly. Bit of a slow check-in, and found out they’re one of the few hotels who charge you as “extra people” if you have kids with you (we reserved a 2 bed room, and when we arrived they said it would be an extra $10 for them). They did have a “breakfast” that I suppose is why they charged extra for more people, however, the sorry excuse for a breakfast was cereal, apples, and bread. Room looked clean but had an overwhelming air freshener smell that seemed to be masking something but the carpets, bedding, bathroom we’re all clean to standard.
