Disappointed

All the employees at the front desk seemed to all be in a bad mood and I was inconveniencing them when checking in and out. Hotel was a great location. Room was clean but older with some updates. Silverfish in the bathroom. Breakfast was super disappointing compared to other hotels (including other Days Inn). Zero sound proofing and heard every door being slammed shut in the hallway. Luckily it was a free nights stay we used otherwise we would have been extremely upset with the booking.
