Place was in a great location and Room on the 11th floor was a good size but holes ,dints and scratches on walls,windows in the bedrooms were that rusty they couldn't fully close,carpets were dirty in the elevators and in the room, mildew around the sliding glass doors that open up to the balcony and rusty and dirty ceiling fans.was a bit over priced for the condition it was in,had hotel rooms for cheaper

Amazing view but noisy and dated
Amazing view but accomodation is dated, windows don’t close and the view apartment is right next to cali beach club which is a party from day to night so no real relief from it if you are a light sleeper.

We loved the easy access to the beach and view from the balcony was wonderful. Our family spent 5 days in the property. I saw few negative feedbacks about the carpark and cleanliness of the carpet from the web. They weren’t major issues for us. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone except for family with young children as the balcony barrier is little low.
