So easy to get to buy water taxi In a very convenient location and walkable to everything.breakfast had a big selection Amazing when you can look out at your window with a nice glass off wine and watch all the boats pass by it’s very entertaining Staff at front desk very helpful.

We got the room in the attic our first night, very small and might be OK for newlyweds or a couple, but too small for my Mom and I. Luckily a larger more comfortable room opened up and we very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the staff attentive and the location was amazing. The restaurant is great, its lovely to sit on the balcony after a busy day and people watch and unwind. Highly recommend.

The Hotel is a mix of modern rooms on one side and in other rooms they have a old world charm with ornate décor. Hotel is on the main path to St. Mark Square and close to all restaurants and Rialto Bridge. The restaurant was pretty nice as will.
