Shuttle problems
Everything was fine with the room. I am very upset about the shuttle. We came down 2 minutes after 6:00am departure and the shuttle had left. There were no other options but to wait another half hour for the next shuttle. This was extremely upsetting because it put us late for getting to the airport. There are very few options for getting to the airport in a timely fashion besides the shuttle. There is a sign about getting to the lobby early for the shuttle but this sign is not very noticeable. The receptionist should have been clear about getting to the lobby early to make sure being there to catch the shuttle. There was no mention about this when we checked in. I did mention to the receptionist that when my daughter stayed her she took the recommended time for taking the shuttle and she missed her flight. This is why I asked to leave a half an hour earlier than the receptionist recommended. Now we are stuck in the situation I was trying to avoid.

Worth the money. Book it.
Check in was quick and easy. Room was far larger than I thought it would be, especially the 2nd bathroom. Room appeared clean but there was a full coffee cup left in the microwave from the last guess. So if that wasn't checked and cleaned, then what else wasn't? Due to Covud I travel with my own disinfectant spray so I sprayed down the entire room. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Good deal for early flights
It was a good place to stay when you have an early flight the next morning. We were able to park and then take the shuttle right from the hotel. So easy. It was a quiet, comfortable room.

Horrible Hotel!
Horrible Hotel! The sweet lady working the desk was the nice thing about this place. Shuttle took over an hour. First room, lights didn’t work, fire detector was chirping was a low battery, and heater didn’t work and room was freezing. Was moved to a second room was was greeted by a broken down refrigerator that was torn out of the cabinet. Place is worn down and needs a major facelift. Would recommend sleeping on the floor at the airport over this dump.

My stay is always wonderful. Very easy check in and quiet. There was a birthday party on the floor I was staying on i was concerned about the noise but it ended at a reasonable time. This is definitely my go too hotel

Exactly what I wanted
The ladies who worked the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was pretty quite considering it was right by the airport. The shuttle was quick and easy to figure out. Will absolutely be staying here again

So-so visit.
It was so so. The pillows were horrible and the bed didn’t sleep good. The fridge didn’t work in the room and only one lamp worked with no overhead light. The pictures are deceiving, not as nice looking. The bed sheets were wrinkled so fingers crossed they were actually changed before us. The breakfast was a paper bag with a juice box, water bottle, poptarts or granola bar, and a fruit cup (best they would do with covid restrictions of not touching the breakfast bar). Overall would choose somewhere else to stay next time, but you get what you pay for.
