Room service was good. Front desk staff is nice. No bags in trash cans, and one of the blankets on the second bed was stained with something. We forgot a few items and were able to go back and pick them up without a hassle, nothing was missing.

Fresh and new, but isolated.
Parking was free, but required a stamped ticket. All involved were friendly. Th3 only negative was the location in a new highway area Location. It required driving to get to plazas, restaurants etc. probably less of a problem when the covid eases.

Extremely accommodating
It was so nice to get there after a red-eye flight and the service desk taking our luggage so we didn’t have to haul it around. I get this is basic service at most hotels, but they were really friendly and asked us if we would like to do that. We got there at 10am and our room wasn’t going to be ready until 3pm! We were so tired and this made us pretty upset, but didn’t complain. The attendant noticed, and by 11:30am, they had a room ready for us ☺️

Todo muy limpio y agradable. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en ese hotel. Lo único que no me gusta es que muy temprano el personal de limpieza comienza a tocar en todas las puertas para preguntar si pueden hacer el aseo. Debieran tener colgantes de NO MOLESTAR o coordinarse con recepción para comenzar a limpiar en las habitaciones que ya dieron check-out.

Todo bien,solo fuimos ahí por lo cerca del estadio pero aún así te cobran casi 300 por llevare a él después del evento,y antes del evento pague 150,esto es de los taxis
