Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Water cup in the bathroom was used/dirty. They offered me the use of a fan to keep cool for free! The breakfast will leave you wanting. I requested a late checkout which cost and they failed to tell the cleaning crew so I was woken up 1.5 hr earlier than I wanted. The smoke detector blinks white light all night as well.

Decent room, all necessary amenities and the room was clean. Fairly basic but a good base for the trip. Very convenient location for metro, trains and walking to nearby attractions. Description for the room we had did say it was next to the train lines so we expected some noise, however it was very loud and did get annoying when trains were constantly going past, especially with the window open due to the heat as there was no air con.

Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our 5 day stay, except for the person who was working at the front desk during the early morning of July 4, 2026. That person seems he didn’t want to be there at all. Room was good and clean. Area was very convenient, especially with the train station right across the street. The hotel was in a great location. Really can't say anything bad about the hotel it was really a good room but a little small. Please note that the that there was no elevator, so you had to lug the luggage up and down the stairs. One thing to note was the front desk staff they were not really all that helpful, I just dumbfounded by the fact that staff did not think that they are in the service industry. Would stay there again. Location is perfect.

The hotel is on the edge of Downtown. Close to a train station and public busses. A 20 minute walk to downtown. The rooms was small but well equipped. The service was great. Very helpful and ready to assist. The only complaint I had was the lack of shelves in the bathroom. There was minimum space for the toilet trees.

I liked the location of the hotel very much and the breakfast was much better than I expected. A wide choice and much of it fresh and organic. The hotel staff on reception were very pleasant but appeared to know little about the area. They did not have clue about the location of the Design Museum which is an 8 minute walk away nor about frequency of direct trains to the airport. This lack of local knowledge lets the hotel down. Still I would stay again due to location.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It is right next to the train tracks but that was almost a soothing noise for me. They do provide earplugs at the bedside if you want to block out the noise. I have a medication that needed to be kept refrigerated and the first desk kept it in the fridge right there. The only thing I would caution against is if someone has mobility issues there is no elevator and you can’t access any rooms without going up or down stairs.
