Great room with excellent staff
The premium room was large and renovated well. The hotel a 5 minute walk to town, away from noisey bars. Perfect hotel based on the room. The bar was a bit dated but as we did not use it, it’s look did not factor into our rating. All other aspects were excellent and we will recommend it.

Nice Hotel
Nice hotel, quiet rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff. Close to the mall. A small issue was that we kept getting three towels when four of us were staying, coffee and sugar satchets were consistently not refilled. However, reception staff were excellent and promptly addressed the concerns. Missed not having a pool at the hotel.

It was close to Southern Discoveries travel, which was convenient for myself and my companions to get to for a very early tour.

Good Points: - Newly renovated neat and clean room - Comfortable beds - Perfect Room Service - Neat and clean washroom and with clean towels and a number of toiletries - Good quality breakfast Other Points: - Checkout time 10:00 am, which is a little early, and hotel management does not extend it to even 10:30 am upon request. - There is a little bit of hike above the hill, and if you have a stroller, it becomes a little difficult to come back from town centre.
