We will be back
This is our new favorite hotel. The front desk folks (Hi Makayla) are always helpful and kind. I like that seem to be enjoying the job. The room was clean and large. It isnt in the heart of everything but close enough to get there.

Modern, clean and comfortable
Clean hotel, room had a very modern and simple layout that was perfect for our overnight stay. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options and to-go containers available that allowed one of us to get everything and bring back to the family (to aid with social-distancing measures) Would definitely stay here again if passing through Charlotte.

Just what we needed for a long layover on our way home. Clean, modern, and simple. The shuttle driver that picked us up from the airport and the desk staff were super helpful and friendly. Desk staff helped us to find late night delivery of food.

TRU-tastic!
Clean, quiet, warm and inviting. It was a brief stay, but we'll definitely be back. Our family felt safe and comfortable. We enjoyed the upgraded flooring and bathroom most. The extra attention to cleanliness and pleasant staff was the icing on the Tru Cake!
