The whole experience was great.at the check in when i had a casual chat with the receptionist, i mentioned its my mother in law's birthday and the stay in the hotel is my gift for her.when i checked in to the room to my surprise, i found a cake and written happy birthday.that was a great stuff. Then when we went down for coffee at the hotel cafe, the staff brought another cake while singing happy birthday.my mum in law was so thrilled.overall, mandarin oriental gave us a wonderful experience throughout our stay!!good food, clean room and pleasant staffs and overall a great and wonderful experience!!

The hotel is located next to KLCC and very short walking distant to shop and have your meals The staff are very friendly and proffessional, they make you feel welcome and they are always smiling. The room is clean and the beds are very comfy. Their special bottled water taste sweet too😃

Hotel location very strategic - next to shopping mall. Spacious and plenty parking spaces - complimentary by hotel to in-house guest. Facilities excellent but need to book in advance due to COVID19 and tennis court will be charged per hour. In regards to breakfast - food OK but there is still room for improvement.
