Great stay again
Great stay at the Line, we have stayed here before and decided to spoil ourselves to stay here again. It was a little bit more expensive than our other Hotel but we think it’s good value for money. The car parking is valet and very expensive but hotel is cool. We were there during the corona virus outbreak and cafes were closed but we got room service and it was again expensive but good. Would stay again. Tip if you like friend chicken there is a spot across the road called Daves which is awesome

Not good for business travel or families
The line hotel is a very weird place. The lobby and entrance are nice and have a fun atmosphere. How we once you get started to go to your room it looks outdated , dingy and actually like an old building that would be a health risk. The rooms are designed however not usable. The light switches need to be turned on throughout the room not on one switch so you have to go around the layout that is skewed in order to get light. The building is old so not sound proof. You can hear everything from a simple car door to power generating outside in the lines. I was awoken by the room next door shower in which was so loud I called security to fix the solution thinking it was the auto blinds grinding away. It was terrible!!! Not what you want as a 5 am wake up call after a flight. The staff was so nice! But the hotel was so terrible.

Noisy room on 5th floor
Super noisy in rooms. Thought it would be quiet since walls are cement. But the noise from the restaurant by the pool carries up. We did notice while eating in the restaurant that they kept turning the volume up so you had to yell to communicate. Also, could hear the gym from below us. Maybe they just gave us the worst room in the entire place for noise?

Great hotel but expensive parking.
Great hotel young and hip . The only complaint was the wifi and the only place for your car was valet parking which was $41us dollars a day in other currencies adds up to a lot! 3 days parking totalled almost 2 nights in my currency Canadian dollars.

Too noisy
Very small room and bathroom. A lot of loud noises from the street can be heard even in a high level room. The windows should be doble glasses.

"Adequate", yet annoying issues and high price
He hotel is all right, but many small issues made it a mediocre experience. It's not one major issue, it's the combined effect of many small annoyances. Shower tap was almost coming loose and shower dripping. Aircondition was a roaring turbine engine with only on or off - no "quiet mode". Outside poolside bar was unbelievably noisy and I had to sleep with earplugs (also exacerbated by the aircondition). Lighting in room was "artsy", and thus very dark and clunky to use (no way I could work at the desk) - one "dimmer" switch was completely flummoxing to me. Electrical power plugs in desk didn't work. Insultingly expensive when considering how jagged the experience was. Will avoid next time.

Our room had a very odd layout, for the price we paid it was really small. No couch, just a king bed that filled most of the room. Oh it had three chairs. Probably won’t stay there again unless the price is $100 dollars cheaper.

Hip Hotel near The Wiltern
Great hotel if you are catching a show at the Wiltern! Staff was friendly and we really enjoyed the bar/restaurant before the show?

Pass on this hotel
Hotel staff not very friendly, beds were lumpy, had a delivery made to us and we didn’t know as hotel never notified us that something was left for us and then wouldn’t ship item. Hollywood Hills view was more so view of buildings unless your bring binoculars. Overall I would pass on this hotel in the future as there are much better options.
