Upon arrival, they gave us keys to a room that had not been cleaned yet - we opened the door to see both beds unmade, tv still on, etc. The front desk was very nice and immediately gave us another room, however. The place is just overall very unkept up with, stains everywhere on walls and headboard, hairs in the shower, carpeting starting to unravel. Pillows on the beds were hilariously small and square-ish. The bed was pretty comfortable. Would not stay here again probably.

I booked months in advance and when we went to check in was told they overbooked and did not have a room for us!!! We drove 5 hours and I had reserved 2 queen suites. She just kept saying “I’m sorry we overbooked” . I had to explain we had no where to stay and she needed to figure it out. She ended up calling another hotel and got us 2 rooms but they were more expensive and the hotel was not nearly as nice. I will definitely not ever book for here again.

Hotel needs some attention. Just seems there was a bunch of random broken things. Roof attic hatch was open with ladder to it, seemed odd, air conditioning units are dirty, carpets starting to tear near tile transition. However with that all being said, the staff were Fantastic and the bed was comfy. Catisha was bubbly and helpful when checking in. Overall experience was good because of the staff.
