Bad Check in Service 3 hour wait very slow
The check in was horrible about 3 hours to check in,2 host were veryyyy slowww took 1 hour per guest to check in. Wasted half day in line to check in bad service .No apology,key didn’t work had to go get a new one bad stay.

The hotel is very clean and very nice and all the staff is clean and helpful because we really don't speak a lot of Spanish but they always help us and they even have a good restaurant there it's a great place and it's located by everything that you need great hotel we will stay there many times more

Not as great as before
For reservations needs do not bother typing in the request, call. Have 4 little ones so requested a crib, fridge, and joining rooms all requests were ignored. The stay is comfortable just had an incident with a piece of equipment falling on my husbands head. Didn’t even receive an apology for it. I know it was not their fault but I was frightened to know it could’ve fallen on my toddler’s heads.

Uncomfortable
I had booked a king size and when I got there they only had rooms with full size beds. They were hard and uncomfortable and on one of the beds the sheets were stained. The stay was cheap so I guess you get what you paid for.

Great stay on a budget.
Everything was clean. Room had very slight wear and tear in the bathroom and the sheets probably couldve used a bit more time in the drier as they smelled somewhat humid. Other than that my 7 year old and I loved it and will most likely be returning.
