Not bad...
Room was clean. Housekeeping was efficient. Breakfast could have been better. Things ran out and were not replenished, or it took quite long before they were refilled. Gym was good. Overall the hotel was fine. Would stay again.

Not at all worth the stars!
Not to be recommended for business travellers. Very long ways to access parking or breakfast. Late breakfast and extremely poor doggy bag they will give if you need to leave earlier. Hotel full of families with kids, though this might depend on the season. Room interior is nice, great view if you are higher up but noisy hearing your neighbours. So pretty disappointing and definitely not worth the 4.5 stars they proclaim to have.

It felt like you didn’t get as good as room as when booking direct with the hotel. Dirty socks still in one of the drawers. Expensive for the size of room etc but otherwise a comfortable stay.

I liked the service, but was very dissapointent room old style, tv screen too smal, the extra bed gave me backpain. You should consider to arrange 3 single bed all the same style and comfortablility for custumers with three audults. The bed sheets was very dusty. There is no balkong and no sitting bath for shower, only stand up shower. The breakfast amazing. In conclusion Gothia Towers did not deliver the feeling of the brand name as its presented.
