Good
Close but not quite
Great room, great service. Unfortunately all this was ruined by the street noise, particularly from the trams. I would stay here again but next time would ask for a room away from the street.

Exceptional
Love this place
Location to the convention center, junk food and a pot shop all within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is a great and the to cap it off both the restaurants in the place serve good food

Poor
Loud train...
There is a train that runs right by the hotel. It runs all day and night except for about three hours (1am-4am). It was a huge distraction, even with the hotel-provided earbuds. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel if you are a lite sleeper.

Very Good
Love Hotel Eastlund
Love this hotel! It’s beautiful, clean and very modern. Beds are comfy and the pillows are heavenly! Great bakery and restaurant right on location! Only downside this trip was the construction happening next door which made it very noisy but I know that isn’t the hotels fault!

Max Line Room
I paid way to much money for what I got. We we were given a handicap room with a construction view on the max line. The room was clean, the staff at the desk was nice, valet was wonderful. They do not tell you that your only choice for parking is valet though ...the restaurant service at the rooftop was horrible and rude. They acted like we were a bother to be there. We were not greeted when we came into the restaurant so we sat at a table where other patrons were sitting. We were then promptly told that side of dinning was closed and that we needed to go to the otherside. No smiles, no apologies and when our order was being taken on the other side she was just trying to hurry us. She had no problem joking with coworkers or flirting with other patrons. She was very cold and rushed. We took our food back to our handicap construction view on the max line room. I have no problems with a handicap room, but my bill was $300. That should have given me at least a room without construction. I did get my rate adjusted because I found it cheaper on hotels.Com the day of (thank you hotels.com) but that was not the room I reserved. We made the best of it and had a blast in PDX.
