Stayed at Milan for 4 nights , overall a good hotel and in very good conditions Only exception is there is only one passenger lift and it takes a long time during peak hours so guest have to use the stairs.

Very elegant hotel with classic style. The furnitures and bathroom and decor are exemplifies the grand hotels of the 1900’s. The free breakfast is a big plus. It is also a short walk (a block) from the Milano Centralle which is great if you need to visit other cities near Milan.

Overall, this is a beautiful hotel and the staff is extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. There is only one small elevator to service all eight guest floors. I read reviews that complained about the elevator service and I thought it can't be that bad. It is! Two of the four days we stayed there we had to wait in excess of ten minutes to get an elevator. Totally unacceptable!
