Run down hotel. Very disappointing.
This is not the first time I have stayed at Edsa Shangri-La, and it was disappointing. My room was rundown. The main door latch was broken, and the toilet basin was dirty. There were oily stains. On my last night, I requested for a wake up call. The staff who gave me the wake up call was very rude. Lastly, on my last night, I received a call at 2am in the morning. I picked up the phone, and the caller hanged up. It disrupted my sleep. This is not the type of standard I expect from Shangrila, a 5 star hotel with presence around the world. Very disappointing.
