Hotel met our needs.
The hotel was nice and fit what we needed which was a hotel close to the airport for an early flight. My only complaint would be their airport shuttle only runs from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We had an 8:40 flight and had we waited till 7:00 to catch the shuttle, we would have definitely missed our flight. I was very surprised their shuttle was limited to that time. Other than that, room was very nice as was the hotel

Enjoyed our stay once we got checked in.
Hotel rooms were wonderful; terrific breakfast! Young desk clerk certainly might have been more cheerful and helpful as we checked in a handicapped elderly woman. We felt nearly ignored when we kept trying to find out a rough estimate about how much longer before grandmother’s room would be ready. How much it would have been appreciated if clerk had been more friendly, initiative, and forthcoming with information. Otherwise, great place!

I was greeted by a blonde desk employee that couldn't even be bothered to look up to tell me to wait. The other person at the desk juggled two check-ins, the phone, and answering questions as other guests walked by while the other couldn't be bothered. The girl who checked me in was exceptional, the other shouldn't be in a customer facing position. I went up to the room to find the bathroom door off its hinges and in the middle of the room, and no soap so I called down to the front desk; the blonde girl answered the phone and said she'd send someone up. Needless to say I waited 90 minutes and went down to the desk only to find she had left and not even told the other desk attendant about the issue. The girl who checked me in was, again, very helpful and asked if I'd like to change rooms and apologized profusely for her counterpart. The display of customer service I received was a side-by-side example of what to do and what not to do.
