Wet stay in Sydney
Paid extra for breakfast, for $70+ per day. No buffet because of COVID-19 but a main plate with salad and coffee is not value for money. Anyway, it was wet, very wet.

Some of the worst trained reception desk employees I ever had the misfortune to deal with. It took over 20minutes to print the expenses. The hotel is actively ripping off the customer. The guts cannot get a coffee anywhere in the hotel not in the lobby or any of restaurants through out the day. The only place is room service. Ordering anything to your room carried a $10 per delivery ie more expensive that Amazon delivering from the US or Woolworth delivery a $200 order. the room service menu also include $10 delivery per ORDER so a $32 hamburger becomes $42 the price of a steak at a high quality restaurant in CBD

Stay elsewhere!!!
The service was atrocious. Where do I start....it began even before our stay when it took 2 weeks for a response to book in a dinner reservation. I even tried to extend my stay by an additional night - once again I did not receive a timely response. The front door regulations for covid are poorly managed and therefore results in a bottle neck to renter the hotel. The dinner for my wife’s birthday - after eating and staying in many luxury hotels all over the world I expected more than to be treated like I could not afford to be dining at altitude! So much so that the restaurant charged a $1200 pre authorisation to my credit card when I charged the dinner to the room - I never gave permission for this. The service at the restaurant was lacking, very inattentive. The food was good but I certainly will not be back - not to the restaurant and definitely not to a hotel that does not value or appreciate its guests.
