the Mexican restaurant is very good. the restaurant got gluten free food. the room is clean and big with comfortable chair and very comfortable bed. the shower not so good. bad smell from mold. I couldn't get warm water. it was either too hot or too cold. there is not enough light in the shower. the hotel has shuttle service to the "sky train". the location of the hotel is very good. a quiet street at the center.

Overall, the hotel, staff and service were excellent and I would return again. My only feedback, and I have noticed this with several of the older Bangkok high-rise hotels, is that there are ongoing problems with hot water, eg., taking a very long time to get hot and then turning cold right in the middle of a shower or while shaving. The roof top bar and Mexicano restaurant were both enjoyable.

Front desk very friendly and nice. Room in need of some renovations and would be nice if there was something on the walls. No hot water in shower during the whole stay. Reported it but no actions taken to fix it. Booked room reservation saying king size but bed to small to be king. Restaurant staff not very friendly, not a good move to combine all restaurants (although understandable in current situation). Failed making a simple pesto pasta correctly, will not go back to that restaurant.

Great staff. I received a late check out without any problem. Breakfast amazing. Very clean and safe. Complimentary Tuk-Tuk to the main street, but it’s just a walking distance from the hotel. Very nice stay!

The staff is so friendly nothing is a problem . I stayed here 2 weeks and would recommend the Hotel Rembrandt to anyone . One little complaint , the pool staff should enforce the rules to have towels on pool lounges removed if they are there for longer that 30 min even there is a sign but people don’t take notice, Especially the Scandinavian travellers ! Some people go sightseeing or shopping and leave towels on lounge for hours .

Positive: Food is acceptable, service is good, staff are excellent and very helpful especially our room staff. The hotel-provided tuk tuk was a good option. Negative: Amenities, bathroom need updating. WIFI is extremely poor.
