We were pleased with the room as it had all the necessary amenities. However, we did notice that it could use a bit of an upgrade as it seemed a bit outdated. Although the check-in process was okay, we did feel that it could have been smoother as they seemed to be short-staffed at the time. We noticed that the staff was multitasking by running both the front desk and the lounge, which could have been a bit overwhelming for them.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here even booked in early as our room was ready which was awesome 3 adults in a double queen room with a kitchenette super spacious, great balcony view over the lake.. Super friendly staff very helpful in every aspect. Spa pool was a bonus in the colder days. Buffet breakfast on level 2 was great and handy as well Would definitely stay again and recommend to others Thank you Copthorne staff
