location is very good, room is clean and spacious, except a couple of things (1) the sound proofing is quite bad, very noisy, can hear people closing doors, talking on the hallway, luckily the wall was thick LOL (2) the mattress was too soft, maybe some customers ok with that, but we have visited many other hotels, many have changed to firmer mattress for spine health.

Great location, directly opposite Emporium where u can find all you need - food, movies, supermarket. 7-11 on the ground level to grab any snacks/drinks. Short walk to Phrong Phom bts station.

Need Better Management
Hotel location outstanding. Problems are language, those who claim to speak English it is marginal for them. Laundrey service the quality good but they have no idea of when or how to deliver to your room. Water pressure is "fair" at best. Breakfast is not supervised properly most of the time. 3 coffee machines and many times none are working. One has no beans, the other has no milk and the third's water is not hot enough. I had to complain 2 straight days till finally it was slightly better. Food at breakfast left much to be desired, almost every day the same thing with no little or no change. No bacon just strange looking sausage which I have tried and they do not taste good, On the POSITIVE, the Reception employees are Very Honest. My business associate paid in cash and when he arrived gave a $100.oo deposit. He forgot about that at check out. One of the ladies in reception came running after him to the taxi to hand him his money back. WFi was fair at best, better in the morning, really poor in the evening. They should really fix this.
