Very Good
Good spot to sleep for a night, but not much else
Service was great. Very friendly. Location is great. Very close to highways and lot's of good amenities close. Overabundance of air freshener in the hallways...it really hit you. Room was clean, but dated. Molding was coming off in some spots. Bathroom is in dire need of an update. TV channels and quality were not the greatest.

Christmas time in Grand Rapids, MI
We arrived an hour early and were received politely and were promptly given a room. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I contacted the front desk and the clerk came to the room immediately. He checked the room and we were promptly given another room. The room was clean and the hotel had new carpeting and appeared to be very well kept. The bathroom was clean. The heat worked very well. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, there is a very nice restaurant and bar right next door with excellent food and drinks.

A Nice Surprise!
Do not underestimate this hotel. Just as nice and even better than more expensive hotels. A really pleasant surprise! I travel a lot for business and wish all my more expensive hotels were as nice and comfortable.
