This place is filthy!
Don’t stay here if you want a clean place. There were cobwebs everywhere on the front and back balconies. We had to walk through bird poop to get in and out. There were othe peoples hairs left in the shower. One of the lights didn’t work in the living room. The worst part is I told them after we discovered everything on the arrival night. They sent someone to clean but it was still dirty. Did I mention food crumbs in the carpeting??? I told them again at checkout and their solution was to offer us a free breakfast. The counter person raised his voice, asked what country I was from and then told me things just aren’t that way in New Zealand. We stayed at 6 other places while we were there and they were all professionally cleaned. Completely unacceptable and gross!

Beautiful views and relaxing stay
A beautiful overnight stay in Akaroa. Such a lovely, peaceful, beautiful town. Great place for a relaxing break or to attend cook school as we did. Bruce apartment was in a superb location. Our room overlooked the harbour. Just great
