The room and hotel itself are nice, but the service was really disappointing. When we arrived at 3:15 (check in started at 3), our room wasn’t yet ready. We didn’t receive an apology, and were told we could wait in the lobby. At 3:30, it was still not ready. Again, no apology and no explanation. After checking at the front desk at 3:45 we were told the room is ready. We asked why it took so long and were brushed off with an excuse of “the housekeepers are behind”. It would have been completely different if there was a reason
