Guitar Hotel
Amazing place to stay! Very expensive no-frills for you pay though, not even a free welcome drink or anything. But i think we booked when there was an event on that we didn't know about. The best place to view the Guitar Hotel from far side of the pools was closed off! Had a pritty good stay regardless, bit of an eye-opener.

Only one towel in room, had to call multiple times to request more towels before they were brought. The next day our room was not cleaned, had to call multiple times to have the room cleaned. Over all not the best experience of worth the money, way cheaper options that provide an overall better service and experience.

Overpriced motel style service experience
The service in this hotel is 1-2 star. It’s similar to a low budget hotel casino in Atlantic City. The entire hotel smells like smoke the casino area was unbearable. They also ran out of clean towels. The rooms are way over priced for what you receive. When you try to call for service no one picks up the phone. My family and I booked 2 cabanas. The guitar hotel pool area is nice and a much better experience than the hotel itself. Pool manager Victor and server Tori were amazing. But it is definitely over priced for what you receive. Pool closing at 6pm is a problem. As a frequent traveler I would never recommend this hotel. Better to stay on beach area hotels.

What a shame that the housekeeping department can bring down my whole rating of this hotel. There were food crumbs from a prior guest's cookies, unwiped table, hair and debris on the floor due to the lack of proper vacuuming and extensive mildew in the shower. At the premium rate I paid for this hotel I am very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness. I spoke with Andrew to rectify the situation and all they did was make the bed. They never vacuumed or sprayed the mildew. Disgusting and disgusted!

A lot of restaurants and nice pools. The cleaning was awful.and the staffs on the pool area is not good, my wife left her glass case on the lounge chair, until we grab a food and they give our spot for for other people and simple disappear, with the glass case.
