A true ski in ski out, with exceptional free shuttle service to the village. Pool and hot tubes were well maintained. Just wish parking didn't cost $26 a day

Loved skiing directly from and to the condo. Well appointed unit but controlling the heat was difficult and had to keep balcony door open to get some cool air. Fridge setting was wrong and didn’t realize until the next day when all our food was warm; which we had to throw out. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean.

It was an okay stay, nothing special. Hassle-free to check in and out. Will consider to come back maybe after all this pandemic situation is gone. No room service at the moment as COVID precautionary measure, so, you have to make your room stay clean for three nights and 4 days before they can clean for you. They’ll replenish whatever you need and they also charge for coffee.

**STAY AWAY!!!* I would not recommend this place to anyone. We have stayed at Whistler many times but this was the first time at Blackcomb Springs Suites. What a New Years disappointment!! We were given a room and after unpacking our luggage they called us and asked to move because the room was not fully disinfected. It sounded like we could have been exposed to covid. They moved us down to what felt like the dungeon instead of upgrading us for their mistake. We asked for a different room and they said they would try but never happened. We had elephant man in the room above us that stomped around till late at night and up at 7 am in the morning. 2 days of torture. We couldn't wait to get out of there. STAY AWAY!!

Property was older but in good condition. Little/ no places to walk, unable to use the hot tub (poor system in place that involved first come first serve but also a huge waitlist?) which wasn’t properly explained. Our room was next to the snowblower from the hill which made noise all through the night. Overall - not awful, but not amazing.

Everyone & thing was wonderful. We felt very Covid safe But one thing we should have questioned the $25.00 early check in , especially with the hotel being so empty !
