I am writing this review after having stayed for two nights with two more nights to go. There are so many things I'm not satisfied with. Check-in was horrendous. Such a long queue at 3PM, I had to wait for over 30 minutes before it was my turn. There is a big charge to use the pool, it is not free. They don't even have a microwave anywhere so don't even bother bringing home take-out food. The rooms are not that spacious for a claimed 4 star hotel. Location is terrible, far from everything. Finally, what was a deal breaker for me is its safety. It has been raining outside in Osaka for two days straight, and I literally just slipped because of water on the ground in the lobby. As a result, my left knee is heavily bruised. This is very bad for me because I have scoliosis, sciatica, and other medical bone conditions. Please wipe and dry your public spaces so your clients do not fall like me. I don't feel safe in your hotel.

Luxury at an affordable price
Very nice hotel with great service. The subway station is across the street which makes it easy to get around. Restaurants and bars are very nice. I didn’t eat at the restaurants, but I did go to the Cellar Bar - outstanding whiskey selections!!

The property is beautiful. The staffs are friendly and courteous. There is a free shuttle to Osaka station every 15 minutes and a metro station outside the hotel. There are many restaurants and shops in the premises but if you want some snacks late at night ,you can go to the Seven Eleven downstairs!
