Amazing place with amazing people
We had to make a last minute reservation in order to catch up with a cruise we missed due to flight delays. The transportation was amazing and staff was very kind and helpful. They even let us check in early and get some much needed sleep.

Surprisingly Nice for a No-Frills Stay
For budget accommodations I was surprising pleased. Staff is attentive and friendly. Free guest laundry, shuttle, anything I needed was cheerfully taken care of. Rooms are cute and super clean. Loved the drop-down teak seat in the tub/shower and the adorable Carhartt shirt throw pillows. Excellent on-site restaurant. As an Alaskan on a remote island who’s just here to handle things and shop, it’s great to be at the edge of town near the shopping and ferry terminals.

It was nice having a restaurant on property because there was no fridge or microwave in the room. There was also no AC and the room did get pretty humid at night when the door was closed. Had the room that backed up to the water so that was beautiful

Great people, but hit & miss on room.
Top marks for reservations and free airport van team. Awesome people. So so actual room, and at $300, not a good match. Ground floor parking lot side room under the stairwell, so notable all night noise from upstairs hotel room guests and more coming & going on stairs. Stale, not clean smell in room on arrival. Staff was nice, trying to help with fresh air fan, etc. Some other room cleaning misses, too. Ahain, great van and desk team. Thank you.
