Our Queenstown holiday
The accommodation is well positioned & clean. There was abundant hot water & the linen was top quality with huge towels. Staff were efficient & considerate. Variety & quality of food in the restaurant was good. The hotel was very close & easy access to the lakeside, many eateries, shopping & activities. Transport & groceries were only a few short blocks away. I definitely would return.

We have stayed at the Novotel previously. The Lakeside view is excellent and the rooms are great. The church side views appear to be older rooms which are smaller. They are not as nice as the rooms with the lake view. The staff is very helpful either way. Convenient for walking to local restaurants and shopping.
