A very good stay
I haven't stayed at the Millennium for a number of years but got a very cheap bed and breakfast rate post-Covid. I had room service dinner which was very nice and promptly delivered, and slightly overpriced (as one expects in such places). The minibar has been removed for pandemic reasons, and I missed my gin and tonic but bought a nice bottle of wine from the nearby supermarket and saved myself a fortune. The bed was exceptional, just about perfect. There is a need to modernise the bathrooms. Mine had a shower over bath, an outdated model. But water pressure was excellent. Brekkie was very good. All in all a very good stay at a very good price. I would stay again for the same price but prices have already risen at least 25% since I booked this trip.

One night Stay
Very nice place! Hadn't stayed for a few years and so it was about time we rebooked here for a look. It has been refurbished since then too. Lovely stay, our room was ready early. The spa was closed but the pool was nice and warm. The breakfast was real busy in the morning, and the buffet set up has changed since we stayed last, but not so sure its in such a good set up as last time, it was really squashed trying to dance around other patrons to get some food. The food was amazing though! Will be back on the Club Lounge opens up as that is what we were hoping to go to this time around.....

Under the circumstances of living in Covid 2 requirements it was very acceptable, however I do consider the cost of parking was excessive and perhaps you should be looking at a one off cost.

Birthday Staycation
Our room featured a gorgeous view and a relaxing spa bath. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast option through Hotels.com, and the option of 24 hr room service. In-hotel spa services and the swimming pool were nice touches on paper, but we found both underwhelming in person. The pool is 5'3" deep at all points -- over my head! -- and only 5 pool loungers available for a hotel of that size is just not enough. The couples spa treatment room was cramped, and the spa treatments we initially wanted were not available because of trainees. The massage I received was well done and professional, but I felt claustrophobic from the towels they wrapped around my head, making it hard to relax. The hotel is more than adequate for the average visitor, but someone who planned to enjoy as many of the hotel's amenities as I did may find themselves wondering if it is worth the price point with all the other options available in the capital city.
