NEVER GIVE DEBIT CARD FOR A $50.00 INCIDENTAL FEE!
We loved the hotel itself as well as the staff. Everyone was super nice. We had a huge issue that was not handled well. Upon arrival, they erroneously charged my debit card twice. Once for $2,222.20 and once for $350.00. I called the front desk when I got a notification from my bank that my account was overdrawn. They said that it would be taken off immediately, it was not. I emailed Anthony Reuther, the Executive Assistant to the Hotel Manager who assured me it would be taken care of. However, it took 6 days for it to come off. Carlos, the Welcome Desk Manager assured me that he would meet with me, and he did not. They did give me a $500 credit to spend in the hotel, however, I did not have access to $2,572.00 for six days. When we were checking out, I told the front desk person that this still was not taken care of. She said that it takes time for these things. Very disappointed in the way that it was handled. Also, there was broken glass all over the patio that we had to clean up ourselves.
