Room smelled terrible
The staff was very nice and accommodating, but we were on the 7th floor and the room smelled terrible. It was musty and moldy smelling. My daughter was with me and we could barley sleep the first night due to the smell. The second day we asked to change room. That room still had the musty smell, but not nearly as moldy. When we left yesterday, we had both started a cough, raspy voice and my daughter came home from school today with an upper respiratory infection.

Great hotel, but Wi-Fi not free.
Caution ... this hotel has elevators that were broken the last time I sat aged here and one was out this time too ... get a low floor Incase you end up using the stairs, or leave 5-10 minutes early to give the elevator time to get you. Parking requires a ticket and to be validated by the front desk each time ... and the thing that is most aggravating me is they still charge for Wi-Fi ... just add it to the room already??? At least that’s how I feel.

Under construction. Watch out for Smoky rooms.
Hotel is under construction. Our room smelled terribly of smoke. I called to the front desk. They said it was from new carpet. I’ve never had new carpet smell like this. It was clearly smoke. Other than that, the service was good and friendly. Shuttle to the airport was great and prompt. Free breakfast was great!
