Not A good value
Reception desk was great. Room was big and furniture new. However, restaurant was open until 2:00. We arrived at 1;51 and they did not want to serve us. After needing to encourage them, they relented and allowed us to eat salads since the”grill” was already shut down. Our waitress was fabulous at lunch. Different waitress at dinner was also excellent. We arrived to our room and there was a fowl sewer smell. When we attempted to use the toilet, it overflowed, which explained the smell. The front desk did not answer the phone so I had to walk there to get hep. The person fixed the problem but the smell lingered. The website advertised pay movies in the room but that is not the case. They said the new ownership has decided not to have paid movies. Chang the website if that is the case. Overall, less than we expected and the price we paid for a suite was far above what we received.

Terrible customer service as far as managers. 3 hour check-in still gave us wrong room and could not give us the room we booked (my lake view room turned into a under ground room with a view of dirt and bushes). Manager didn’t even apologize or provide explanation. New room had no working TV and took a day to relocate us again! New room didn’t have hot water in shower. Restaurant in hotel was expensive and terrible food. Love Stone Mountain but this hotel lacks so many things.
