Nice place to stay with easy transport to centre
Nice rooms though the bathroom design was a bit odd. Using the site resulted in a lot of water on the floor even when trying to keep it contained. There wasn't a lot of space when opening and closing the door. The breakfast area was very comfortable with a wide variety of food available. Bus stop is close by getting you into the center quickly but if you're up for it there is a 40 min walk that takes you through a park and part some allotments. Very nice My only real criticism was that they didn't pick up on the included breakfast from my hotels.com order. Not sure why but they ended up charging me for my breakfasts and it took a couple weeks to get that refunded. This seems to be an issue with hotel inn in general so just make sure that they're system fully matches your order.

Good hotel but room for improvement.
Generally fine but one day the room wasn't serviced and on our first night there were items not available on the menu. The breakfast was very tasty and a good choice but the toaster was very poor and didn't work properly.

We have been coming back to this for about 18 years. The past 3 stays has seen a decline in the breakfast service. The breakfast team require training as they are not circulating the room clearing tables etc.
