The room was dirty and not clean. The hotel itself is dirty in the hallways however the main lobby is nice.

There happens to be a wedding there when we were there. There were literally dozens of people going in a out not wearing masks. One of the male front desk staff was not wearing a mask. I did not feel safe. There were people gathered outside by the entrance. There were No sanitizing products available I had not seen anyone cleaning or sanitizing anything. A dispenser near the elevator would have been nice.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was pretty clean for the most part, seems to be older. Maybe new carpeting would freshen up the place. The bathroom was very clean and bedding was new and freshly laundered. When we called for more coffee supplies, we received them right away.

The day shift crew was very friendly and amazing. The night shift lady was rude and complaining about everything especially the desk phone ringing. Isn’t this her job to take care of the hotel guests. She definitely needs a personality and realize the hotel guests are who help pay her wages.

Staff was extremely friendly and hotel was clean! They made accommodations for us to park as well because we could not park on parking garage due to my luggage carrier on top of car.
