4/10 Fair

We stayed in the back of the hotel. Do not stay there. The room was very old and outdated and the shows kept going from cold to hot. The ac was on but not cooling at all I extremely hot day and night and when seeking support , the front desk stated it was on the highest temperature , nothing could be done and offered us an old fan. The next day after a sleepless night we complained again and was offered another room in the front with ac that worked well. When asked why it was not offered prior, the concierge shrugged and said the staff stated “they did the best they could” We did ask for some compensation and got nothing.

Highly recommended hotel
Lovely hotel, centrally situated with a tram stop right outside ! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Maid service and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice. Hotel provided a free Geneva Transport Card for each of us during our stay, a great bonus and very well used. Highly recommended Hotel

Excellent location and enjoyed the stay
What a wonderful hotel from the moment we arrived welcomed by a lovely lady who explained everything we need to know Parking was off site about 5 mins walk and needed to be booked before we arrived there is restricted parking out side for you to unload your cases Room was very clean and well maintained and in a excellent location in the town center in easy walking of lots of restaurants Breakfast was a mix of continental and english with lots of choices and a fabulous bakers right out side Would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers
