The newly renovated room was so terrible we left after the first night and went and stayed at a different hotel for the next 3 nights. They really need to quit calling them newly renovated. The picture on the website is very misleading. We will never stay there again.

False Advertisement Don’t book your vacation.
The 1st day we arrived we thought we’re getting a renovated room , they gave us a classic room is not what we expected didn’t look like in the picture Hotels.com advertising, we advised the guest service we didn’t reserve a classic room, in order to get a renovated room we need to pay extra to be upgraded so they charged us extra other $100 and something, which we think is not our fault to be charged for an upgrade room. when we paid in full for renovated room including with resorts fees. Our last day of staying was feb25 we checked out we got charged more this was so ridiculous for resort fees and also $25 room upgrade. We would like a refund for this charges. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR FALSE ADVERTISING on this booking web page

A one night business trip. I have stayed here several times in the past. it is a nice but a bit dated facility. Everything is close and easy to get to. The place is safe and quiet. I'll be back.

We travel with our puppy. We booked our room online. Apparently the booking didn't come through as a puppy room. But the gal accommodated us and we had a wonderful weekend.

Room did not look like the website. But for the most part what I paid is what I got. The floor was not clean I found Cheetos on the floor. The bathroom as hair all over the floor and toilet. I so have to say though the bathroom was very spacious and I did get an awesome shower.

Everything was nice except for the shower! Why didn’t the shower have a door on it? I stayed in room 10811, and hated the shower door or lackofshower door!

Bad experience. Do not stay at Harrah's Laughlin
First day exhaust fan not working in bathroom and plug in sink was loose. Second day got a text message water will be shut off at 11;30 am for approximately 1.5 hours for an emergency repair. Had to used the casino restroom. Front desk person very rude. Didn't get her name. Asked for towels no delivery. Friday North tower elevators not working had to wait 15 to 20 minutes in a long line of people to get on the elevator. Had to used the stairs. I complain to supervisor he apologize. Day three light in bathroom stop working. Glad to check out!!

Its the Hotel Manager whos the problem.
The room was old with base molding coming off and the door locks in the bathroom didnt work and the TV is small and old BUT all that could of been over looked but what I cant over look was the rude Front desk agents. The lady who checked us looked as if she needed more face to face with people and did not explain charges. Then next to us was a guy with curly hair being so rude to a guest checking in that he wcen said to then im getting the manager vecause this check in has veen bad aince you guys walked up! I think the manager needs to be let go if this is the kinda people he or she has at the frint desk. That guy at the desk was even giving us dirty looks!
