Rooms need an upgrade, no more than 3 star hotel
Bedroom was a Deluxe ensuite (r1006) but was an eighties classic style showing signs of age with obvious wear and tear. Why still using shower curtain? However, bed was comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were tepid and bland and definitely in need of improvement. The waiter service in restaurant was so-so, and there is a marked difference between that offered in Cosmos and another true 4 star hotel at the opposite end of the promenade where I've usually stayed and will go back to in future.

Expectations from 4star hotel
The reception and service there was excellent! Cleaning at the room below average, also equipement of the room below the standard required for 4star hotel (re number of towels, shampoos etc). Breakfast was good, we have seen better in other hotels of this category. The hotel is kids friendly, which is very important for us! We have enjoyed our stay and will come back.
