Not what I paid for and not comfortable
Paid for king a week in advance. Was given a double. Went back to front desk, nothing else available. Bed was not comfortable. Had to lay out pillows to sleep on to make it tolerable. Worse Hampton I have visited in 3 years and I have been to about 50 traveling for work. Next trip to that area, I will travel 20 minutes away to different Hampton.

There's nothing we didn't like about this property. We've been coming here for a few years now and the fact we keep coming back here is because it's clean, well kept inside and out, staff is great and it's so conveniently located near everything.

Very clean and classy looking lobby. The room is large and spacious. The room is very clean and well stocked. The desk clerk was distracted and acted strange at check in. He left in the moddlw.of check in to adjust the heat.....so he said.....like this could not wait the two minutes for him to finish our check in. He seemed to distracted to even finish check in......telling us 3 times the floor our room was on but not that the pool was open or the times for breakfast or checkout. It was just very odd and disturbing.

The hotel and experience was as it should be except for the pool . The water was very cold. My husband and many other people brought it up to their attention to no avail. It was very disappointing because we looking to relax in the heated pool which we didn’t.
